A NEW Companion App - Rad Day!
Benjamin Franklin famously started each day asking himself, "What good shall I do this day?" and then finished each day asking himself, "What good have I done today?".
Let's say Bill and Ted kidnapped him, brought him to the 1980's, and left him there to learn the culture. Then let's say old Ben tried his hand at software development in the 2020's. Would he create the Rad Day app?
I like to think so.
Rad Day is the spirit of Benjamin Franklin in a daily goal setting app the draws deep from the culture of the 1980s and 1990s.
Each morning you are asked by the app "What would it take to make today rad?"
"Rad" as in totally radical, or as in awesome, or even bodacious! Or, "RAD" as in "Rise And Do..." ...something epic with your day.
Add a short list of those goals that you can achieve in a day, that would be day-changing, life-changing, or make-it-easy-to-sleep-at-night types of goals. The big stuff.
Trying to create a new habit? Let's do it! One rad day at a time.
If you don't get it done in one day, it will automatically roll over to the next day and you can include it tomorrow.
My dude, or dudette, you need something to look forward to every day.
Life is great, but it has its bumps. It's full of routines. You can easily forget your purpose, your mission, your carpe diem.
That is Rad Day's only goal. To make sure you try and make each day awesome.
At the end of each day you'll be asked to "Call it a Day". This is your daily journal of sorts. It's your vibes at the end of the day.
The app will suggest a mood based on the goals you checked off. But you can change it. You do you. Choose from Gnarly, Chill, Cool, or Rad. Add a few thoughts to reflect on later in life and close it out.
